INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and participation in the Booked Solid™ live workshop and any related materials provided by Legacy Decks Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a ticket to this workshop, accessing the live event, or accessing any recordings, materials, or bonuses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate in the workshop.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Legacy Decks Academy and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
WORKSHOP ACCESS AND DELIVERY
Booked Solid™ is a live, online workshop delivered via Zoom on the scheduled date and time. Your purchase includes:
Access to the live workshop
Access to the workshop recording
Access to any listed bonus materials
Access to the recording and materials is granted to the original purchaser only and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or distributed.
We reserve the right to modify the workshop format, delivery method, or schedule if necessary. If the live date must be changed, your access to the workshop and recording will remain valid.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The workshop is educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial results, sales outcomes, profit increases, or business performance.
Your results depend on many factors, including your experience, effort, market conditions, and execution. You agree that you are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.
Nothing presented in this workshop constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to educational content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to proprietary materials and recordings and waive any right to chargebacks or disputes based on dissatisfaction or inability to attend live.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All workshop content, recordings, frameworks, worksheets, calculators, slides, and materials are the exclusive property of Legacy Decks Academy and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Record the workshop
Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
Share login access
Sell or teach the content as your own
Violation of this section may result in removal from the workshop and revocation of access without refund.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to participate respectfully during the live workshop. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of the platform may result in removal without refund.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The workshop and all materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Decks Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in the workshop or use of the materials.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the workshop is to discontinue use.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
VENUE AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
